Where we think prudent, particularly where premium rates are high relative to the risk, we retain risk whereby AmCoastal purchases reinsurance from Shoreline Re. Shoreline Re may participate in any of ACIC's reinsurance programs and has historically participated on catastrophe excess of loss agreements, per risk agreements, and quota share agreements.
